GÜNALP ("we") is a leather bindery in Istanbul. This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to the personal data you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, company, e-mail address, country and your message. Beyond that, we keep anonymous visit statistics with Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, and from which country and device. This measurement places a small cookie in your browser; it does not identify you and is not used for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work fully.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you request one, to arrange your sample kit. Your details are never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never added to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as a business relationship or enquiry remains active, and then deleted. You may ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask us at any time to: learn whether we hold data about you, receive a copy, correct it, delete it, or object to its processing.
